Derma Science sells digital products only.

No Physical Shipping: We do not ship physical products. This means:

  • No package will be sent.

  • No delivery carrier is used.

  • No tracking number is provided.

  • No physical book or item will arrive by mail. All products are delivered digitally.

Digital Delivery After payment is confirmed, your product may be delivered by:

  • Email.

  • Download link.

  • Order confirmation page.

  • Customer account.

  • Private access page. Most products are delivered shortly after purchase.

Delivery Issues If you do not receive your product, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@dermascience.com with your order details.

Incorrect Email Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong email, contact us with your name, correct email, order number if available, and proof of purchase.

Download Access Some download links may expire or have limited access for security reasons. We recommend downloading and saving your product after purchase. If your link expires, contact us and we may resend access after verifying your order.
